Review: I tried connecting multiple times with different iPhones, but it's completely defective. Bluetooth pairs and triggers the "Use CarPlay" prompt, but the device fails to establish the Wi-Fi connection. The screen stays permanently frozen on the black "Please connect Bluetooth smartBox-CC7B" boot screen. I tried all troubleshooting (disabling VPNs, resetting network settings), but nothing works on any phone. Save your money.
